Rude employees

One time my mom and I went to McDonalds to get lunch.The lady behind the regrister asked anyone on line buty mom was on the phone.Then my mom said "can we order".After my mom asked politely the lady screamed rudely at my mom "I said anyone on line why did you not answer".My mom said "I was on the phone I'm very sorry" but the lady shot back at her and said really rude things like "I don't care get your butt on the next line because I'm not taking your order".My mom and I went to another line any ways because we didn't want to order food from a rude woman.That was the last time I went to that McDonalds.
