    Worse McDonald's I ever went into. Dirty, unfriendly staff, and slower than a snail getting covered with salt.     I am writing to make my dissatisfaction known, regarding McDonald's new tactic. I do not like to see my cup and bag of food hanging outside of the window of McDonald's drive-thru.     I purchased 2 Extra Value Meal Gift Certificates on Ebay and when I tried to redeem them at McDonald's in Apple Valley CA on 04-30-2013, I was informed by the Manager that my tickets were counterfeit and no good to use.     Today was the final straw. Every single time they get it wrong. When I order my qp with pickles, tomato and ketchup only, no cheese you would think that's what I'd get.     Several months ago my mother and I ate at the McDonald's on Lee Highway in Bristol, VA. They offer to add the cream, etc., to your coffee, but if you want to drink it with your meal you have to add ice.     The McDonalds on the corner of Elk Grove Blvd & Harbour Point employs some of the stupidest managers possible.     I went here one day at 10:50am to get lunch and was told they were still on breakfast. Remind you McDonald's breakfast is typically over at 10:30 so I left and went to hardees for lunch (even though they actually do usually serve breakfast until 11).     I love their food and eat alot of their salads to stay healthy.Their salads taste good except their tomatoes. They are not rotten tasting but have a funny chemical taste. I went to the Spring/Cypress Tx( FM2920 and I-45. store #34372. I ordered 2 Hotcakes and sausages. The cashier gave me two syrup and 4 butter. Keep in mind the Hotcake and Sausage comes with 3 pancakes on each plate. I asked for an additonal butter so that my dad and I would have 1 butter for each pancake and a additional syrup so that my dad and I could have enough syrup to eat 3 pancakes. The cashier told me I would have to pay for the additional 1 extra syrup and 1 extra butter. This is unacceptable to me. I can go to IHop and Denny's and order Pancakes, Sausage and eggs and they will not charge me extra money to have enough syrup and butter for me to enjoy my breakfast. So therefore, I asked for a refund and the cashier seem like she cared less. So I went to Burger King and ordered the French Toast and Sausage and they did not charge me extra for the syrup. I also go to the MCDONALDs ON 242 AND I-45 and they do not charge me extra for syrup and butter. Trust me with inconsistency and bad altitude like this, with all the competition in Texas, People will just take their business elsewhere. But oh well, like the cashere demostrated with her behavior "who gives a dam".

I would like to make a observation about a McDonald's in Greenvile SC Store #10063. I travel doing the summer month from Philly Pa. down to Atl. Ga. I stop to eat at Mcdonald's because I like their food. I noticed that the McDonald's we stop at in Greenville SC was the cleaniess McDonald's I have ever visited. There's one thing I look for in my dining out is a clean restroom. The one I went in 9Stor # 11163 was the cleanisess restroom I have ever been in. Is the McDonald's new? Please pass this information along to the store manager. I was at McDonald's on 4-8-2012 at 11:55 am and it was a busy Easter Sunday morning.

i went to Rumford McDonald's and ordered 4 large drinks, the girl at the window put them all in a cardboard carrier, handed them to me, when inside my car the cardboard folded and ice coffee went all over my car, my Jeans, my socks, and my diabetic sneakers, i am not impressed, does not take a rocket scientist to know that those holders are not made for such a heavy load. so what are you going to do about my clothes, shoes and car that got coffee stains all over them? the date of my visit was May 2nd 2009 , all they did was hand me some napkins, when i asked for cooperate number they pointed to a sign on the wall, not offering a pen and paper to write on or anything..very unsatisfied customer.

I was the Mc Donald's resturant on February 22,2009 at 8:10A.m. I had a very large order. I discovered after leaving the resutrant's drive thru window. I was missing four hash brown's . I live at least two miles from the resutrant.I returned to the window and one of the worker's rudely stated that she put 4 hash brown's in my bag. I do not want hash brown's that bad that I need to come back and try to get some for free. She did not put the hash brown's in the bag. This happens very often.

When I dropped in on my local 6000 block N.Broadway Chicago, Il. McDonalds store, I was told that they hadn't yet installed their coffee machine for your recently advertised special Monday free cup of coffee. I was not aware that the offer was only for special brews since all I wanted was a simple "cup of coffee". Consequently, I rescinded my intention to order my usual meal size 3 item order and walked out unsatisfied, without great fuss, just intellectual consternation and a reticence to return at least soon with the bad taste in my mouth that the publicity was only to pay lip service to the public and only to show a false effort to provide an alternative to the rival Starbucks et al. gourmat coffee shoppes.

For two years I have bought a side bowl of gravy. The first part of October, 2008, I now get 1 Tablespoon of gravy instead of 2. I think this is a rip off for $1.00! Store# 10473, Pataskala OH. I have spoken to 2 managers and have taken the bowl back in to get the rest of my gravy.

my gkids are allergic to tomato products, ask for Ranch for their fries, or nuggets and they want to charge extra, not asking for alot just one. I can go anywhere else and not have a problem, but McDonalds has a fit about 1 little pkg of Ranch....so sick of them and their extra little charges for everything,sticking to Burger King, at least they don't mind handing out Ranch vs ketchup.

I want to know why the staff in McDonalds in Irvine don't give me my food the way I ask for it?
I can only eat the fish fingers freshly made, but every time I order this I either get told by the staff that the ones they have are fresh, even though they have been lying on the shelf for some time.After I try to point this out to them I'm given ones that they have put back into the fryer, which of course are almost burnt and look and taste disgusting.
I have complained to them so many times and I feel that they think that this is funny as they are always sniggering as I walk away.
I don't have this problem in Stevenston Kilmarnock or Livingston.So why are the staff in Irvine so nasty to me?

**IMPORTANT!!!*** I'm seriously concerned & wondering when health and safety actually last visited the McDonalds on the Chester Road, next to the Tyburn Island in Erdington?? We don't visit there often, but the times we have done, we seem to have a problem with the food. Food isn't fresh, hard buns, burnt or cold burgers, mikshakes taste off, need I go on! The final straw is - and what has concerned me most greatly, is my husband had a Mcdonalds from this branch yesterday and is now at home in bed today with food poisoning!!!! We know it was the Macdonalds, because this is all he could taste when he vomited this morning!! My husband has a very strong constitution and is not ill often! I'm furious! PLEASE PLEASE get someone round to this McDonalds NOW and sort it out!!!! We will never ever, visit there again and if I can help, none of my friends will either! Clean up your act and cook fresh food, you're poisoning people!!!!!!!!!
