Abusive Staff - bad manager/incorrect food


At this Mcdonalds ,

I used the drive through to get a quick order hamburger and fries. I paid then they told me to wait for the food to cook. They brought out the food. But I asked for a full fries instead of the half full box that they often try to pull. The employee stated that this was normal. So I asked for a manager -and she strutted off.

After 5 minutes , I got tired of waiting - so I went inside to complain. The employee was gabbing about my complaint to the other employees - but still did not notify the manager. I asked directly - "get me the manager please."

The manager came out - and when I asked "for a full box of fries" - the Manager (Andrea I believe) leaned over the counter and forcefully yanked my bag of food out of my hands - saying that they will not serve a customer like me. I asked a number of times for her to return my food - but the Manager refused.

As I proceeded to leave the store - she (the Manager) called me the "A**H***" word in front of about half dozen of the McDonalds employees.

Is this normal Mcdonalds guidelines for its Employees and its Managers - to curse vulgar words at its customers - and steal the food back from customers that it already sold to them ???

i was a employee at the pontoon beach, illinios store ,i was promoted to maintainance because i did my job and thiers anyway. they promoted me and kept me at 8.25 hr. when maintainance makes 9.00 hr.....
also on 3-30-2011 , i was sent home early after my shift manager called in mark ryan , which was not scheduled for that day. i was scheduled from 6 -2 . it appears that a black man can never do anything right for gwen , shes the manager on duty this particular day , not only that , my 4th day there she didnt know i was behind her , i listened as she called me "dumb ass hell"", quote , to my store manager wendy. nothing was said 2 her at all . another employee named beth also had 2 have a talk with wendy about gwens attitude and actions. on the 30th she says that i refused to do as she instructed , which was a lie , and i told her exactly that . they have all new camaras in the store her lie was obvious and could exposed , instead nothing was done !!!
when i started there was another black man started the same day ,we did orientation together , they fired him in a week saying that he hit white employee with a broom, if that was the case and you had proof , which im sure they should have had before termination . why wasnt there any charges filed? why couldnt they show him on camara doin this ...theres numerous things that happened , ive decided to move on from there ,but i intend to expose them for who they are . im waiting on illinios board of labor to give me anothe rnumber to file discrimination charges . they are the ones which told me to leave this complaint first ,and see how you will proceed first. this no joke , i dont think it right to make someone whos scheduled leave , to give his hours to someone who's not even scheduled to be in the store !!! especially when i make less than he.when labors high ,you send the higher paids home , not the lower paids .what other reason could this have happened ? camaras dont lie , and i dont either .

I was at a Mcdonalds in Shippensburg, Pa and was actually chased down the parking lot because I did not put away my tray! That is DESPERATE. I walked all the way back, put my tray back and then left and called the Mcdonalds corporate office. They immediately called the owner who immediately called me and apologized. Try calling the Mcdonalds complaint hotline.
