Very Bad Service

with ref. to order no. 24736 placed on 12.04.2015. The order was suppose to reach me in 29 min. but was delayed for more than 1 hour. Also, the items reached to me were not looking fresh and not at all hot. Even on asking for 50 Rs. coupon due to delay (for which I got the msg), the executive said he doesn't have that and would be adjusted next time. Also tried to connect to customer service for more than 20 min. but no response. Very poor service and not at all expected from Mc Donalds. High Unsatisfied.
