I have a simple question, If McDonald's is so bad why do you go back. I hear complaints all the time that say "3 out of 5 times i come here you mess up my food" well, if we are so incompetent why don't you get off your lazy behind and cook your own food at home how ever you want it. Your not going to a gourmet restaurant your going to a fast food joint that specializes in cheap, easy to make food. it's sad when people think that employees or managers actually give a care about what you think. my advice to all you complainers, EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ate breakfast at my local Mickey D's on 8/23/13 after completing my weekly grocery shopping. My bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was made like my grandmother would have done it. The mocha frappe tasted great. Two of the employees call me by name, and I also call them by their names, too. Of course, all fast-food restaurants are not the same; even all of the McDonald's are not the same. Employees are not the same. I enjoy the employees there, because they are kind, courteous, and make me feel at home. Not all employees are courteous or do they want to be. It's all in how they want to act. If an employee was rude to me, I would politely tell him or her that I wanted to talk to a supervisor or manager. I have done that before in a market and have no qualms about doing it in a restaurant. IF YOU DON'T GET SATISFACTION, DON'T GO BACK!

I rarely see any at McDonald's who has such a serious stupid case as the person who wrote the above. Maybe they work at a competing hamburger joint.

I've been a Big Mac fan since I had my first in 1969 while in the USMC...as of today, after the paperthin burgers I received, Iam no longer a customer..The value is no longer there...sorry but I believe that soon there will be a wiff of what was in the bag but no sandwich for $5...hard to enjoy that!!!

Stuff it, ya snot-nose brat!
There's no excuse for doing a lousy job.

Some of the people I've encountered who work at McDonalds have been exceptional, some an embarrassment to the human race.

And just how stupid do you have to be to put your job in jeopardy by telling people to eat somewhere else.

Moron.
