I am writing to inform you of the most DISGUSTING experience I have ever had in any restaurant in my entire life. I was in the play area with my special needs son when we were accosted by another patron of the restaurant regarding the "rules" of the play land ... my son neither speaks or receives things very well and his apparent ENORMOUS transgression was that he took a half of a chicken nugget into the play land with him. The woman behind us approached a manager regarding this and they proceeded to apologize to us but do NOTHING to alleviate the situation. I immediately asked for a refund and prepared to leave you premises out of sheer disgust. Your "manager" not a good one apparently not only refused to refund my food but did nothing with the old woman ... as she told us my son should have a sign on saying he was retarded and not potty trained you mgr still did nothing so we left. I do not know if it was because we are a two father household that your employees did not aid us in this ASSAULT of our son and family but I can not believe in the lack of motivation of your management team is utterly DESPICABLE in my opinion. I nor any member of my ENTIRE family intend to set foot in another of your restaurants for the entirety of our natural lives after an experience like this one. In addition we are scheduled to adopt our child on the following day of this occurence and the visit was supposed to be a joyous occasion. I will be posting this to my blog and fb just fyi. jw

McDonalds isn't responsible for that woman's insensitive behavior. They are in no way required or obligated to give you a refund because one of their customers was rude to you. That's just ridiculous. McDonalds has their flaws, many of them to be sure (I don't work for them, never have, and hope I never will) but there's absolutely no reason whatever that they should have refunded your money because one of their customers was (very very) rude to you.
