Drive thru was super slow, employees were talking to people in a car, cold food, and a melted ice cream cone - Food and Service


I went to grab a bite to eat at McDonald's tonight. I decided to go through the Drive Thru because I didn't want to have to go outside in the cold weather. I waited in the Drive Thru for almost 15 minutes. I noticed that the employee was talking with the people in the car in front of me and not doing there job. When I received my food it was cold, and my ice cream was very much melted and deformed when I got it as well. I would really like my money back. This isn't the first time this has happened to me either.
