McDonalds french fries - McDonald's

My husband and I have been eating McDonalds for years. And when we first tasted their French fries they were really spectacular. As the years have gone by they have been getting worse and worse to the point that I feel we have to finally complain. If they are not eaten within the first few minutes they become tough and very tasteless. They don't even have a potato flavor of any sort. It is like eating a piece of rubber. It is sad and why is McDonalds is going downhill???? CEO's pay attention and fix it or you will be down and out.
