McDonalds poor management

my 2 young sons and I visited McDonalds in Beardstown IL. tonight and was very disappointed/ disgusted with the horrible public display of unprofessionalism behind the counter. first of all the place was being ran by only teens, or so they seemed, including the manager. the guy that took our order didn't have a clew what a mighty kids meal with a double cheeseburger was and had to ask another employee if that was really a thing. then after a fairly long wait we got our food, sat down to eat as a group of more teens came in and stood around at the counter to visit with their pals behind the counter. not a big deal to me normally if not too busy, until, they began to get excessively loud in their discussion which included the so called manager dropping the F bomb 3 times and a few other words that young children don't need to hear, being spat out from all of them as if they were at their own little weekend hangout place. If McDonalds wants to run a daycare instead of a FAMILY restaurant, then at least get someone a little more qualified to do the babysitting. I wasn't alone in my opinions either apparently. I heard a woman saying to her friend and young daughter as they were leaving, "if they want to act like a bunch of unprofessional children then I am done with McDonalds". Don't think we will be back for quite awhile ourselves unless some major changes are made.
