bite - big mac

I ordered a bigmac meal and a nugget meal I pay drive ahead get my food drive home. I open my big Mac lift the top bun as I always do to give my girlfriend the pickle, I see a big piece missing from my burger patty it is a perfect half moon shape that looks like someone took a bite out of the patty. I take the burger back ask for a manager I explain that I had just purchased the meal and showed her what I found she explains that the meat flakes off like that and that's normal she didn't offer to exchange it just looked at me wasn't till I asked another person what the chunk missing looked like and they said a bite mark then she grabbed the burger put it in the garbage and then offered me a new one. I took pictures off this burger and asked other people what it looked like everyone says a bite taken out. Very dissatisfied never going to the highland McDonalds anymore
