Walked in to order, very busy place. As we were waiting for our food, I noticed a cockroach run across the counter behind the frappe machine. I reported this to the lady serving us and she in return told the manager. They both walked around to see it and I pointed it out for them. They returned to the back of the counter and said they have someone on their way to address problem.
REALLY?! What I don't understand is why the place was still operating with this issue? How completely disgusting this was to see. We did take they food, but I could not bring myself to eat one bite. I wanted to vomit!!!
