Offering my appreciation for the entire staff at McDonald's on Waterloo Blvd in Exton, PA I visit and order here every day. The new sandwiches are delicious and the restaurant is kept clean and safe. However, it is the People, these wonderful People %u2026 who truly are your most valuable asset. General Manager; Tim %u2026 is a kind, caring, compassionate, pleasant, professional and fun gentleman. He is totally focused on providing a delightful customer experience for which is majorly successful. He leads the Staff with encouragement, motivation and knowledge and yes, he is firm when it is needed, which seems to be rare. He pitches in to complete %u201Cany%u201D at the restaurant %u2026 leading by example, an extraordinary leadership style. The Managers and Staff are exceptional as well. I love the various personalities and how each lends a unique perspective to this Staff. I am always thrilled to drive up to the window or come into the restaurant. And I always leave smiling and or laughing at something that someone did, said or story shared. I feel most valued by all. It is a compliment that the Staff who attend school %u2026 return during holidays and summers breaks. Blessing to all this Memorial Day weekend!
