McDonalds Complaint

I am from Virginia and in passing through Richfield NC my husband and I saw a lady had fallen and instead of turning left towards our destination, we took a right at the stop light and circled around to the McDonalds parking lot. She had fallen over the cement stopping strip in the parking lot. We assisted her, her daughter and her husband. Her head was bleeding and she had also scraped her hand. I went inside to get some ice for her head and told the employees inside that this had happened. They were not interested at all and showed no compassion for this lady. We stayed with her for about 12 minutes and no one came out . No one asked about her. No one showed any compassion for this elder lady. No one came out to help her up. So my husband and I helped the daughter get her mother off the pavement. The husband was elder and walked with a cane, so he could not assist. I am truly disgusted with what I saw today. Your employees were disrespectful to these people and my family will never again patronize your restaurant. Shame on your employees and shame on you for not training them to know what to do in this situation. I do not want any free meals or coupons. My husband and I only did the right thing today. Feeling very frustrated .
