McDonald's horrible customer service

I have been a regular in the McDonald's on 1000 N henry St Alexandria VA for years now every time I come in the store its horrible customer service. Your stay is timed. They don't go e you time to decide what you want to eat. But it's supposed to be a sit in restaurant.. I don't understand. This McDonald's has a lot of roaches an the cleanliness of the store is terrible. I refuse to buy a drink again because every time I do there are bugs in the bottom of my cup. I went from being a regular customer to not at all. The managers are rude an from what I've seen they to be highly intoxicated while working. I feel bad I have to write this review but I feel like nothing is being done about there workers an managers attitude.
