McDonalds delivery and customer service - Mcdonalds philippines

I called their hotline for delivery. I gave all information needed and the agent told me that if delivery will be late a 100 pesos gift check will be received. After 49mins i called again to their hotline for follow up then that was the only time the store which should cater my order called. The delivery came after more than an hour and i was expecting their promise of free gc but i received nothing. I called the hotline to provide feedback and the agent told me that they will call the store qhich is mcdonalds masinag and asked me to wait for their call but no one called..

They were just making false promises to their customers.. So disappointing..
