Mc donalds Lopez de hoyos , madrid

this is the second time i go to the mcdonalds on lopez de hoyos in madrid, as i stay ofter in a hotel near by, and first i noticed the the guy that is working this afternoon there ( 12/09/2014 ) is cashing the money and then doing the sandwiches without washing his hands. And the other day, with the same guy working there and preparing the sandwiches i found a piece of plastic in my sandwich, and when i returned it to the guy he looked at me with a " dont care" face and threw it away. i asked for the manager and he refused to tell me who it was saying that she wasn't there. i find that there is a massive lack of hygiene and as i like mcdonalds and think they are a serious company, it should be checked out.
