Mental Duress cause by McDonald - McDonalds


April 20th 2015, I called up the toll free McDonalds number at 1300-13-1300 to make my order which was three Sunday cup chocolate ice cream and requested one of it with extra chocolate topping. I received my order within 30 minutes without any problems. The same thing, I called up the toll free number yesterday 23rd April 2015 to make the same order only thing this time having two of my Sunday cup chocolate ice creams with extra chocolate toppings and the other cup normal. However, the officer that answered my call by the name Mr Loga told me that my purchase limit was not enough. Having all my anger and bad experience for the past two week with McDonalds, I ended the call and decided to speak to the Titiwangsa McDonald's branch manager to consult through WWatsapp. As that would be my nearest delivery spot. So, I Watsapp Mr Sri the manager who assisted me on my last issues a couple of weeks ago and because he told that in any time in future if I have trouble with my orders.
Having said, I watsapp Mr Sri who is the branch manager of Titiwangsa at about 11.36pm saying "Dear Mr Sri, Its me John. Sorry to text you so late but I need to let you know that I am having trouble to make my purchase which I was able to make the same thing couple of days ago". he asled me which number was it I called. I told him the toll free number the common number everyone uses. I even told him that I was early in the afternoon at his respective branch celebrating my grandmother's birthday and asked for him but he was rather busy. But he was very polite asking me to send his regards to my grandmother. As good as everything sounded he then text me "Mr gomez, minimum order from McDonalds is rm 18 because all delivery order comes from the call center. I think you should talk with the call center leader as they will give clear explanation and you can mentioned about the previous order" and so i replied back "ok, thanks Mr Sri for your assistance.

The only reason I text you was simply because you told me in future if I have trouble with any of my order I could come to you". However you have asked me to call back the toll free number that could not assist me. Now if anybody was in my shoes week by week having trouble and issues with McDonalds would they be in peace or angry? One thing I noticed, "learning to go an extra mile does ease heat, anger, dissatisfaction and others but McDonalds fails to practice that so I asked for my letter of apology to Mr Sri on what happen to it? Previously, I had issues that I had highlighted to Mr Sri and its about two weeks that I have not received my letter of apology. He answered me "for the letter in regards to your email, they will send to me and I will send through post". Just to remind you, the letter that I speak about is about a previous error caused by McDonalds two weeks ago and how long does it take to acknowledge your customer for the error that you created?
