McDonalds Complaint

Almost all McDonalds
Since I was a youngster working fast food, taking pride in my job was important. This tells people about "you". A lot of these fast food employees don't see it that way. Especially older people who look like they aren't even legally supposed to be in the U.S. (And before anyone cries "racist", know that I myself am both Hispanic and Black.) I don't know if they just hire the first person who completes the application or what. A lot of our bad experiences come from the people who hate the job and is only in it for the pay check (which is barely enough for a high school student, let alone an adult with real bills). Sometimes I can't really blame them for not caring about the customers. These companies should be a hell of a lot more fair with the pay. Maybe then we wont have to worry about the attitudes, smashed burgers that look like they've been sat on, the wrong orders, or even the ocasional kid who drops a patty on the floor and sticks it right in our big mac. If you're not going to pay your employees a rate that makes them value their jobs, at least hold them to some standards you would want your own families to experience when they dine out.
